The machine is mainly composed of a frame, a reducer, a feeding hopper, two sets of cutting blade components, two sets of feeding rollers, two sets of pressing rollers, a juice hopper, a slag outlet, and other components. Its main working principle: Connect the power supply, pour the material into the feeding hopper, assist the feeding with the 1 # feeding roller, slice the fruit with the 1 # and 2 # two sets of blades, and then the 2 # feeding roller sends the fruit between the 1 # and 2 # pressing rollers for pressing (the 1 # pressing roller can be adjusted up and down by the gap adjustment device to control the fruit juice output). The juice and some fruit pulp are discharged from the juice hopper, and the skin and residue are discharged from the residue hopper, thus achieving the purpose of juice extraction. The equipment is made of stainless steel except for the transmission components. This machine is suitable for juicing fruits such as kumquat, lemon, grapefruit, orange, pineapple, ginger, passion fruit, dragon fruit, mountain bamboo, citrus, etc. Fruits do not need to be peeled or graded, and can be juiced directly.
