Product Description

1. Use a centrifugal fan for cooling, which has high efficiency, strong load resistance, and long service life. To better protect the stability and service life of the magnetron, a centrifugal fan is used for heat dissipation protection.

2. Microwave power distribution design: Based on the characteristics of the product, a uniform distribution is adopted in the power density distribution of the microwave heater to facilitate the uniformity of material drying.

3. Microwave energy feeding method: Based on the characteristics of the material and our company's relevant experience in similar material products, this equipment adopts a multi port energy feeding method at the top of the box.

4. The output port is sealed with polytetrafluoroethylene plate and special materials. The front of the equipment is equipped with a visible observation window to prevent microwave leakage, which is convenient for observing materials and cleaning. To ensure the safety of operators, an automatic power-off protection device is specially designed for opening the door.
