Product Description
The Food Freeze Dryer is suitable for drying high-grade raw materials, traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces, biological products, wild vegetables, dehydrated vegetables, food, fruits, pharmaceutical intermediates and other materials. Freezing vacuum drying is a vacuum freezing and drying machine that combines a refrigeration system, a vacuum system, a heat transfer oil heating system, and a moisture discharge system to form a dry structure, which is widely used for drying and vacuum drying of the material space in the tank.
Since it is dried in a frozen state, the volume is almost constant, and the original shape is maintained. The dried material is loose and porous, and has a sponge shape. After adding water, the dissolution is rapid and complete, and the original form is restored. Drying can discharge more than 95-99% of water, so that the dried materials can be stored for a long time without deterioration.
