Product Description

(1) The process flow of the above product: raw bamboo - picking and sawing - cutting bamboo strips - jointing and slicing - forming green strips - fixed length sawing - forming - sharpening - bleaching - drying - polishing - organizing - packaging - warehousing (ex factory).

(2) The above 8 units, produced with bamboo knots, produce 48000 pairs in 8 hours. 4-6 mechanical operators are required, regardless of gender. The actual electricity consumption for normal production is around 10 kWh per hour. If one unit of Unit 5 is added, the output will be 96000 pairs.

(3) Usually every 100 kilograms Φ Fresh (wet) bamboo over 80mm can produce approximately 4000 pairs of 210mm sized twin chopsticks.
