2.Design Structure
1).This equipment adopts the most advanced components and parts.It use 1 piece of air-cooled magnetrons which
is original Korea Samsung (model OM75P), these magnetrons use metal ceramic seal pipe orifice,so they have the
features of high temperature resistance, high efficiency,strong ability to resist load, long lifetime,high reliability.(The
cooling fan of magnetrons is made by SUNON).And adopt overheating protection special transformer WBL(high
pressure resistant and high-quality transformer:100KV),adopt centrifugal fan, air-cooled double heat protection
device.But most of microwave factories use axial flow fan! Equiped with 100kv high voltage resistant, two-in-one
high voltage capacitor and silicon stack, high-precision and highly reliable electronic circuit design, all these ensure
the output power of this microwave equipment reach 0.8KW(two gears of power can be adjusted).
2). The heating chamber of liner is made of high-quality and food grade stainless steel wire drawing board(the
liner of equipment is made of 304# stainless steel with 2mm thickness).The output of microwave is sealed by
PTFE and special materials, well-designed phase complementary feed mouth,to ensure magnetrons run
normally,with superior output matching performance,make the materials heated more evenly and fully,increase the working life of core components such as magnetrons and transformer etc.
3).Machine rack is made of stainless steel square tube with high strength, pleasing appearance,
durable in use.All outer casings are made of stainless steel.
4).The design and manufacturing process of whole machine is beautiful,practical and
reasonable,the motor slip down automatically after the equipment is closed,so that the heating tank
is cleaned,two devices is installed on the cover of machine to prevent microwave leaked.The
cooling equipment is set on the parts of microwave generator and power supply.
5).The condensing unit is installed on head cover,the gas will get back to tank after condensed.The inlet port of
powder is installed on the top,the one liquid inlet valve is installed,The material discharge valve is installed on
the bottom,the user also can connect water suction pump.
6).The feed mouth of microwave look towards upper and middle parts of materials.
3.Control syetem
1).This machine is set with total control panel,with beautiful appearance.There are one gear to
adjust microwave(0.8kw);
2). Equiped with one set of thermocouple thermodetector,it have the features of high precision and
strong anti-interference capacity.Users can set the top and bottom limitation of temperature
according to need(for example 70-80 ºC ),so as to monitor the temperature of materials during
heating,adjust the microwave power automatically,control the materials temperature in time,and
electrical components;
