1. Machine Introduction:
a. Ordinary kneading machine can be kneading various viscosity of CMC, can also be used in chemical industry, plastic, rubber, printing ink, carbon, pharmaceutical and food industries.The machine USES stirring paddle, can make the material quickly and evenly mixed.This series of products type, pressure type, vacuum type three categories, there are two kinds of electric and steam heating mode and water cooling to choose from.Discharge means has turned on hydraulic cylinder dumping type, ball valve discharge type and screw extrusion type, etc.
b. Kneading machine can according to design requirements into forms of heating and heating, heating mode usually has: electric heating, steam heating, circulating thermal oil heating, electric heating zero distance.Circulation cooling circulating water cooling, oil cooling, etc.
Discharge for kneading machine with hydraulic cylinder dumping, ball valve discharge, screw extrusion and so on.Screw terminal can be equipped with grain cutting knife.
On the material, the cylinder body and the blade part contacting materials adopts stainless steel SUS304, ensure the quality of the product.Also can choose SUS321, SUS316L, etc.
