Product Description
1. All equipment adopts high-quality microwave electrical components:
1) A total of 26 original South Korean Samsung (or Toshiba) air-cooled magnetrons (1000W) are used, which have high efficiency, strong load resistance, and long service life. Due to the use of high aluminum ceramic sealing tube mouths, this magnetron has high temperature resistance, high efficiency, strong load resistance, long service life, and reliable and stable operation.
2) Specially designed transformer with overheating protection (with over ten years of manufacturing experience, the transformer is specially manufactured by the manufacturer, with a full copper core design. Each transformer weighs 8 kilograms and has undergone 100000V high voltage inspection and testing before leaving the factory. It is also designed with dual air cooling and heat dissipation protection (users can also choose industrial microwave dedicated switching power supply, which has the same durability as conventional transformers. The microwave switching power supply is more lightweight, and maintenance is more convenient and simple).
2. Microwave power distribution design:
1) According to the characteristics of microwave drying, the power density of the microwave heater adopts a mode of strengthening microwave distribution;
2) The specific distribution design of magnetrons is as follows: a total of 4 boxes and 26 magnetrons.
3. Microwave energy feeding method:
1) This machine adopts heating and drying at the top of the box with multiple feeding ports, which is more conducive to the thoroughness and uniformity of drying. The meticulously designed phase complementary feedback port and microwave waveguide designed through extensive theory and practice ensure the complete normal operation of the magnetron, with superior output matching performance, making the heated material more uniform and thorough, and extending the service life of core components such as microwave tubes and transformers.
4. Equipment manufacturing materials:
The 518 mm high box design process is specially adopted, as the material will heat up during the heating, drying, and sterilization process. This design can help reduce the surface temperature of the microwave heating box wall and facilitate the ideal microwave emission distance of the energy feeding method.
The microwave heating and drying box is made of 1.5 mm (± 0.2) stainless steel plates, with a total of 4 drying and sterilization boxes. The microwave output port is sealed with polytetrafluoroethylene plate and special materials. There is a visual observation window on the front of the equipment to prevent microwave leakage, which is convenient for observing materials and cleaning. To ensure the safety of operators, there is an automatic power outage protection device for opening the door. Flush the heating box with water; The internal rollers are all made of stainless steel material, which is easy to disassemble and clean, with a spacing of about 250mm. The appearance and main frame are all made of stainless steel material, which is beautiful and elegant.
5. Microwave power rack design:
1) The microwave generator is located at the top, and the transformer and capacitor are set behind the heating box, greatly reducing the working environment temperature of electrical components, extending the service life of core components such as microwave tubes and transformers, and ensuring stable 24-hour operation of the equipment.
2) In order to facilitate the placement and maintenance of transformers, it is specially designed to place them at the rear of each heating box, increasing the width of the rear power rack, making it easy to operate during installation and maintenance.
6. Moisture and heat removal system:
Design a separate dehumidification and heat removal system, using one multi wing centrifugal fan for dehumidification and several axial flow fans for heat removal (rear power rack for heat removal). The dehumidification fan can quickly reduce the temperature of the box and remove some moisture from the material. Improve and ensure the environmental temperature inside the electrical box, and ensure that the equipment can work continuously and stably for a long time.
7. Transmission system:
1) The three-phase asynchronous motor of Nanjing Kongte Motor Co., Ltd. is used for material transmission, and a frequency converter is used for speed regulation. The corresponding speed can be adjusted according to the sterilization temperature needs, and the specific speed regulation range is 0-5 meters/minute.
2) According to the characteristics of the material, food grade polytetrafluoroethylene cloth tape is specially used as the material transmission carrier.
3) The transmission belt adopts a directional automatic deviation adjustment device.
4) Install a stainless steel feed hopper device (100L), with variable frequency speed regulation, and a closed discharge hopper at the discharge end.
8. Equipment assembly:
The equipment adopts a modular design and is assembled in multiple sections, which facilitates the orderly and rapid assembly of the equipment during transportation and on-site installation.
