Product Description

This machine break the eggs,and separate egg liquid from egg shell;Meanwhile,it crush the egg shell,reduce volume,discharge;It can break the whole egg, separate egg shell and egg liquid automatically.
 
2.Machine features of  Machine Egg Separator
It adopt special centrifugal mechanism design,all parts are made of 304 stainless steel,humanized design,convenient to dismounting,clean;
Filter screen adopt slotted screen structure.Compared with flat screen,it is not easy to damage,jam;with better filtering effect,no granular impurities left in egg liquid;
The vertical packing auger lift egg shell automatically,sent out off machine when passing discharge outlet. There is only 1% egg liquid left in egg shell by this way,improve the egg liquid collecting rate greatly;meanwhile the egg shell are crushed,reduce volume,discharge;
With large capacity,can process 1000-20000 pieces fresh eggs per hour;
With small size,no need to use large workshop, small investment on basic construction;
