Gas coffee roaster with high production efficiency. Roast green coffee beans in the roasting barrel and then cool them in the cooling tray. Multi-functional electronic dashboard displays data in real time. A full range of models available for customization.
1. Start the baking machine, the baking barrel of the baking machine will rotate, and the hot air fan will operate. Turn on the power button.
2. Machine preheating, heating during the preheating stage
The device will heat the baking barrel on one side, heat the air on the other side, and then introduce the hot air into the baking barrel.
3. After reaching the preset preheating temperature, the coffee beans are transferred from the hopper into the roasting barrel.
4. The roasting barrel and hot air work together to heat the green coffee beans until they reach the roasting end temperature.
5. When the baking temperature is about to reach the end point, activate the cooling tray, cooling fan, and mixer.
6. Manually pour the coffee beans into the cooling tray. Stir with a stirrer and cool them using a cooling fan.
7. After cooling is complete, open the bean outlet to pour out the coffee beans, and close the bean outlet of the cooling tray.
8. The baking stage and the cooling stage can be carried out simultaneously.
