Product Description

Spray Dryer Machine:Air through the filter and heater,enter into the drying chamber at the top of the hot air distributor, hot air spiraling evenly into the drying chamber,liquid material through the filter,sent the top drying chamber of centrifugal spray head by pump.and it is sprayed into tinny fog droplets, with great surface area in contact with the hot air and the water evaporated quickly, within a very short time to dry grain products, in the bottom and the cyclone separator capture by wet exhaust fan to outside.

Feature And Usage

1)The Spray Dryer Machine have fast drying speed, the material liquid by the centrifugal spray, to increase surface area, in the high temperature air, can evaporate 95-98% water by memont. it takes only a few seconds drying time.

2)It Suitable for heat-sensitive materials.Because the droplets and hot air flow and flow direction, although the hot air temperature is higher, but the material does not overheat during water evaporation.

3) Product has good dispersion, fluidity and solubility. because of the instantaneous drying, the product can maintain uniform fine granular.
