Product Description
This Automatic Saline Meat Injector can evenly inject the brine and auxiliary materials into the meat blocks to reach the optimal effects, which can shorten the pickling time and greatly improve the flavor of the products. According to the technological requirements, the saline injection machine can be adjusted stepping rate, stepping distance and injection pressure which widely used to process ham, bacon, poultry and seafood.
2. Machine features of stainless steel meat injector
1. Adopted SUS304 stainless steel;
2. Equipped with automatic protective device for injecting chops;
3. Installed with filtration system on the upper part of the water tank, can discharge small meat grain from the injecta, avoiding to block the brine pump and the hole of injection needles;
4. Detachable transmission plate chain, easy to clean.
