High Quality Laboratory High Pressure Homogenizer
1.Machine Introduction:
The laboratory high-pressure homogenizer uses high-pressure suspensions to crush the particles and oil droplets present in the liquid through the combined effect of a pressure-regulating expansion, shearing, and high-velocity impact of an adjustable restrictive flow homogenizing valve gap. A very small size, diameter φ 0.1 ~ 2 μ m, average φ ≤ 1 μ m, to obtain the ideal emulsion or dispersion. This process integrates the functions of jets, ultrasonic homogenizers, colloid mills, and ball mills. The product maintains its original activity, stability, mixability and absorbability, nutritional value, shelf life, taste, and color can be achieved in the homogenizer.
