1.All parts of equipment are made of high quality microwave electric components. High efficiency, strong ability to resist load, long life.
It adopts special transformer DY - 1000W with overheating protection (high quality and voltage 100 kv transformer), the configuration of 100 kv high-voltage capacitance and resistance silicon stack and high reliable and high precision electronic circuit design system, to ensure the machine microwave output power is 6.4 kw (adjustable).All electrical parts, accessories and debugging machinery process is stable and reliable, accurate and reasonable.To ensure the continuous production equipment.
2.The heating cavity is made of 1.5 mm 304 # stainless steel plate,ensure to bear pressure, can be uses for a long time without deformation.Microwave output use PTFE sealing plate and special materials.The machine adopts multi-open feed of heating body side, well-designed phase form complementary feed mouth (microwave power density designed according to the feeding situation), microwave waveguide is designed after a large number of theory and practices, so as to ensure the normal and complete operation of magnetron,with superior output matching performance, the materials heated more evenly and thoroughly,extend the service life of the core components such as microwave tube and transformer etc.
3.Outside frame and plate are all made of stainless steel material,look nice.
4.The device body is equipped with a large opening choke door,which is used to prevent microwave leak.It has automatic power chain protection function when the door is opened.It is convenient for cleaning and watching.
5.There are natural air inlet at the bottom of the heating chamber and one set 120W draught fan at the top of the machine.
6.In order to heat evenly,it is designed as special mouth feed way (there are 2 magnetrons at each layer).It formed scanning radiation mode, when the material with the turntable rotates.So as to achieve the purpose of uniform heating.
