Product Description

1. All the equipments are made of high-quality components, using Samsung or Toshiba magnetrons. Because the magnetrons use high-aluminum ceramic sealed nozzles, they are resistant to high temperatures, high efficiency, strong load-carrying capacity, long life, reliable and stable operation. (6000 hours or more, the magnetron cooling fan is a centrifugal fan imported from Japan). Adopt special transformer DY-1000W with overheat protection (high-voltage 100KV high-quality transformer), air-cooled double heat-dissipation protection device! It is equipped with 100KV 2-in-1 high voltage capacitor and silicon stack and high reliability and high precision electronic circuit design system. The microwave power can be adjusted. All electrical and electronic accessories and mechanical process debugging is stable and reliable, accurate and reasonable! This unit ensures continuous production!

2. The machine uses the food grade 304# all stainless steel wire drawing plate to make the inner polyhedral heating cavity (made of 1.5mm stainless steel), and the heating cavity bottom plate is strengthened to ensure the weight can be withstood. The output matching performance is superior, the material to be heated is more uniform and the magnetic tube is extended. And the life of core components such as transformers.
