The production line components: automatic feeding → synchronous embossing → wire drawing → automatic drop pipe rewinding → automatic cutting + spray glue (water) → automatic material guide → automatic paper cutting → automatic material handling → manual bagging; Fully automatic.
1. Rolling machine:
A. The equipment is unwinding three rolls of paper at the same time; each set of reels is equipped with two sets of wide belt unwinding; and the unwinding force is controlled by an independent hard-faced gear type turbine box for easy adjustment;
B. The equipment is equipped with a set of heavy-duty pneumatic automatic feeding device; the maximum tensile force can be 300kg; the maximum load can withstand 1.5 tons;
C. The equipment is equipped with a set of embossing devices; each set is made of steel carved and hard-coated flower roll combined with special thickened and wear-resistant wool layer roller embossing, the pattern is clear and no damage. (A variety of patterns can be customized according to customer requirements).
D. The equipment is equipped with a gear type turbine box to adjust the line spacing of the wire. The line is cut from 10-60CM without changing gears, which is convenient for regulating production. There is no waste, the line is light and stable, no noise, and domestically original.
