Product Description
This machine is mainly used for stripping with aloe vera, cactus, etc. The machine frame and engine cover is made of high quality stainless steel, light health for food grade conveyor belt, infinitely variable speed motor adopts frequency converter control, freely control the production speed. The machine features peeling effect is good, high yield, convenient control, etc.
This machine consists of frame, conveyor belt, peeling knife, pressure device, transmission device, motor, worm gear reducer, frequency converter and other parts. Motor through a belt pulley, speed reducer, chain wheel, chain drive belt and feeding conveyor belt movement.
Working principle:
Cactus, aloe and other materials after artificial cut off the heads into the peeling machine conveyor belt, the conveyor belt to move forward, to press pressure feeding conveyor belt material, through after peeling knife, up and down material was stripped, the skin of the pulp from the knife up and down through the middle, so as to achieve the aim of peeling.
1.Usage:Used for peeling stem materials (such as aloe vera, cactus, etc.);
2.Processing capacity: 1-2 tons/hour;
3.Adopting dual frequency conversion, the speed of the upper and lower belts can be adjusted according to the characteristics of the material;
4.The upper and lower knives can be adjusted according to the thickness of the material;
