Product Description
1. The machine adopts high-quality food-grade all stainless steel wire drawing board to make the inner polyhedron heating cavity, and the heating cavity bottom plate is strengthened to ensure that it can bear the weight. The microwave output port is sealed with polytetrafluoroethylene board and special materials. The carefully designed phase complementary opening feed port ensures the normal operation of the magnetron. The output matching performance is superior, so that the heated material is more uniform and thorough, and the magnetron is extended. The service life of core components such as transformers and transformers.
2. The frame and outer guard plate are all made of stainless steel.
3. The design and manufacturing process of the whole machine strives to be beautiful, practical and reasonable. The equipment box is equipped with a large opening anti-microwave leakage choke door with automatic power-off interlocking protection function. It is also easy to clean and observe. The heating box can be directly rinsed with water. The microwave generator and power supply part are equipped with heat rejection and cooling devices (two axial fans with a diameter of 180 mm).
4. There is a natural air inlet in the lower part of the heating chamber, and a moisture exhaust fan is installed on the top.
5. The microwave energy feeding port faces the middle and upper part of the material.
