Three, design structure
1. The whole machine adopts high-quality components. 4 original Korean Samsung magnetrons [model 0M75P] (rated power 1050W), high efficiency, strong load-bearing capacity, long life (over 6000 hours, using Japan Donglong ORIX centrifugal fan for heat dissipation protection); using special industrial transformer WBL ( Each weighs 7.5 kg, all copper core industrial transformer), using air-cooled heat dissipation protection, can extend its service life. Ensure that the microwave output power of the machine is 3KW (adjustable).
2. The machine adopts 3mm thick 310# high temperature resistant stainless steel plate to design the heating cavity, which can ensure that the heating cavity does not change shape, and the carefully designed phase complementary shape opens the energy feed port, so as to ensure that the magnetron is completely normal operation and output matching performance Superior, prolong service life. The microwave output port is sealed with special materials, and the frame is made of stainless steel without frame design. It is manufactured by bending and cold processing, and it will not be deformed after long-term use.
3. Design the door switch protection, the microwave will automatically cut off power after opening the door to ensure the safety of the human body and use. The microwave generator and power supply part are equipped with cooling devices.
4. The microwave generator is installed on the top and side of the heating chamber, and the transformer and capacitor are installed behind the heater, so that the service life of the electrical appliances of the equipment is longer. The layout of electronic devices and circuits is standardized and easy to repair.
5. There is an air inlet in the lower part of the equipment, and a moisture exhaust fan at the top, which can be switched on and off as needed.
6. The equipment adopts double-layer insulation design, and high-aluminum insulation blanket and refractory board are used for insulation design in the innermost liner of the equipment.
Fourth, the control system
1. The equipment is equipped with a control panel (using a conventional button control system), with a beautiful appearance. It only has a switch function. The microwave output power is 3KW (displayed by anode current, the microwave power is adjustable, the adjustment range is an integral multiple of 0.75KW, and it adopts a single control method), which can display the temperature of the material and the damage of electrical components.
A set of thermocouple temperature measurement system is installed on the top of the cavity to control the temperature of the material in real time (temperature range 0-1000 degrees), and the heat preservation temperature can be adjusted arbitrarily. And design a set of time control system, which can control the holding time (minimum is 1 second), which can prevent electrical components from being damaged in time.
