1.Machine introduction
The airflow wood flour drying machine is suitable for drying materials of moisture 20-35%, like sawdust, rice hull, and milled wheat straw, corn stalks and so on.
The airflow wood flour drying machine takes the advantages of low cost consumption and high efficiency, reducing the moisture to 8-12%.Wet material is input into the hopper.
The stove (boiler) generates hot air which mixes with wet materials and then is sucked into the pipes by the exhaust blower (fan) quickly.
And then hot air are flowing and going through the curving pipes and buffer(drying chamber) of dryer, thus wet materials is finished to dry, and the dried materials are discharged from the outlet with air lock.

6.Working principle
1). Because of high air velocity, the biomass material in the gas phase disperse well , All the wood surface area could be looked as effective area of drying, therefore, drying effective area increased greatly. At the same time, due to the dry dispersion and stirring effect, making the gasification surface constantly updated. therefore, heat transfering, mass transfer process of drying intensity is bigger.
2). Drying time shortly , drying time is in commonly 0.5 ~ 2 seconds and the longest is 5 seconds.
3). High thermal efficiency airflow drying adopt gas-solid phase flow operating .
During the surface of gasification stage, biomass materials are always in a joint solution with the wet bulb temperature of the gas generally not more than 60 ~ 65 ºC.
In the end of drying biomass material temperature rising stage, the gas temperature is low grately and product temperature does not exceed 70 ~ 70 ºC. Therefore, you can use the high temperature gas.
4). Processing largly,a 0.7m root diameter and the length with 10 ~ 15 m airflow drying tube can process 25 tons of coal per hour or 15 tons of ammonium sulphate.
5).The rice husk airflow dryer can put the drying,crushing,screening,conveying as joint operation.It is not only simplify the process,but also easy to control.
