1.Machine introduction:
        The large-screen liquid crystal display mask breathing resistance tester is used to measure the inhalation resistance and exhalation resistance of respirator and mask protective equipment under specified conditions. It is suitable for relevant inspection and inspection of quality masks, colleges, scientific research units, and mask manufacturers on ordinary masks, dust masks, medical masks, and smog masks.
1. The instrument is composed of a gas source with adjustable flow rate, a human head model specified by the standard, two inspiratory and expiratory tube systems, and a respiratory resistance measurement system.
2. The flow sensor has high sensitivity and a very small initial flow.
3. The flow sensor chip uses a thermal mass flow meter, without temperature and pressure compensation, ensuring high-precision measurement of the sensor.
The flowmeter range is 0 L / min ~ 100L / min, and the accuracy is ± 2%.
4. Multiple sensors are integrated on a single flow sensor chip, which greatly improves the range ratio of the sensor.
5. The flow sensor has high zero-point stability, full-range high stability, full-range high accuracy and excellent repeatability, and features low power consumption, low pressure loss and fast response speed.
6. The data recorder adopts graphic dot matrix LCD with a resolution of 128 × 64, full Chinese interface, and easy operation.
7. There is 4M memory in the data logger for measurement value recording.
8. The micromanometer sensor adopts two-wire system, with high precision and good stability; it is safe and reliable to use explosion-proof design.
9. The range of the micro-pressure gauge sensor is continuously adjustable outside the zero point, the damping is adjustable, there is no mechanical movable part, and the maintenance workload is small.
The micro-pressure measuring range is -1000Pa ~ 1000Pa, and the accuracy is 1Pa.
