1.Machine introduction:
♦ All parts of Shendong beer fermentation tanks are made in top-grade certified stainless steel materials (2B or precise polish for available surface).
♦ Beer brewery equipment adopt the PLC control system, it is equipped with against dry heating protection system, also with the Fault search system.
♦ We also can custom fabricate any tank to meet your brewery's space and height restrictions.

1. 100% Stainless Steel SUS304 Construction;
2. Dish top cover & Cylinder Body & 60-75°Conical Bottom;
3. Glycol cooling jacket( cover body & bottom);
4. 80-100mm PU foam Insulation;
5. Tanks designed for up to 15 PSI and tested at 30 PSI ;
6. Inside of the tanks are polished to Ra<0.4um
7. Side way manhole or up way manhole;
8. CIP with Spray Ball;
