Product Description
The quick freezing machine is a type of freezing equipment that, after appropriate pre-treatment of fresh raw materials, places the products to be frozen from the feeding port onto a material tray or lays them flat on a mesh belt. The feeding temperature is less than 20 ºC (middle temperature), and the products continuously enter the tunnel type quick freezing machine from the feeding port. The mesh belt runs continuously, making the materials move forward during the quick freezing process. It has high efficiency in freezing a large amount of products below -35 ºC and in a very short time, To achieve continuous operation, the intermediate temperature of frozen items should be frozen to -18 ºC to ensure that nutrients do not lose and the product remains unchanged in color and transparent. Frozen food maintains its original quality entirely at low temperatures, without the need for any preservatives or additives. Therefore, frozen food has the characteristics of being delicious, fresh, convenient, fast, healthy, and hygienic.
1. Quick freezing technology frequency conversion speed regulation: high-quality stainless steel mesh belt, high elasticity stainless steel wire with smooth surface and strong load-bearing capacity; The frequency converter adjusts the transmission speed in five stages.
2. Curved air duct: Longitudinal opposite blow circulation air supply method, curved air duct ensures uniform and rapid freezing of food.
3. SUS304 stainless steel plate: The insulation board is wrapped with double-sided SUS304 stainless steel plate, made of hard polyurethane foam, with stronger insulation effect.
